That is the issue government itself should play a role to setup something like them.govt have the resource. For example bsnl if it was well taken care of this monopoly in telecom wud not have happened .petroleum refining atleast a part of the process shd be in public sector

anil was highly aspirational entered aggressively into booming sectors, 2008 crash hit the first fist, then on contineous failure of his decisions. where as mukesh stood conservative n expanded. 2016 was the time mukesh started to take more agressive approch & he continue to do till now with all the aqusition. timing, luck, karma played big role. their wealth split big noise those days, reported anil was too greedy n took most promising businesses.
