A warrior who has long been missing from a previous Mortal Kombat, and one who will return in the fourth tournament." Noob Saibot already exists, so bi-han is dead and already resurrected. Hydro was supposed to had been killed by Scorpion before the tournament or during it as laid out in the comicbook. So, what prevents this character from being Hydro and more Bi-han based on chronology?
