Smoke is one my favorite Lin Kuei member, along with, Kuai Liang/Sub-Zero II/Scorpion II, Bi-Han/OG Sub-Zero (or Noob Saibot), Sektor, & Cyrax.

In the original timeline, I like to think Noob Saibot had really been playing everyone for fools the entire time. Actually temporarily allying with the heroes in Mortal Kombat 3 to defeat Shao Kahn, assisting Shinnok and their Brotherhood of Shadow in attacking Edenia, Earth, and the Heavens, and later helping the Deadly Alliance. As for Smoke's role in the second era, I really wish he (among MANY others...) had more done with him. This "Enenra" seemingly now in control of his body after he died in MK9. As for the newest era with MK1, I really do like the idea or him using rudimentary magicks and own skill to make up for his lack of supernatural abilities like other Lin Kuei members. Still, I'd like to see the Enenra somehow become involved with that character as I thought it was very interesting.

Mortal Kombat One Smoke is my favourite version of Smoke! Don’t get me wrong I really love human Smoke from MK9 but I just happen to love this new version of him and his new backstory too. When I got MK3 on my SNES back in October 1995 you had to do a cheat code to access Smoke but the only problem was that he was a Cyborg and was part of the Cyber Lin Kuei and I had to wait till Christmas 96 when I got UMK3 on the SNES I could finally play as human Smoke (and Cyber Smoke) who we hadn’t seen since MK2 where he was a non playable secret character

I want him to stay human and not be a lackey to be honest. I'm tired of Cyborg Smoke as he was Cyborg although out the original timeline and the second timeline he wasn't a cyborg and he was a revenant. While that was ok he was once again controlled by someone. I want Thomas to be his own man man.

In the New Era, I see Smoke as the baby of the bunch and he’s the nice to Bi-Han’s mean and Kuai Liang’s in-between. He has cool fatalities and I like his gameplay as well.

What if bi han recruits cyrax and sektor in this timeline as the grandmaster and then what if sektor kills bi han to be the new grandmaster of the lin kuei and then bi han becomes noob saiboot as in the old timeline and im thinking they should bring back a character that hasn't been mentioned in years that being hydro who becomes the new sub zero to take up the mantle from bi han i mean that would be very different as a part of the mortal kombat lore
