Casemiro likely to go, Eriksen likely to go and if Amrabat goes aswell, your left with Mainoo/McTominay/Bruno/Mount and non of them them are DMs. Ur gna need to spend alot of money on 2 DMs whereas U can get Amrabat as a back up DM for £20m option and then buy first choice DM. We need a squad not just 11 players.

Amrabat was the 2nd half MOTM for me in the final (Mainoo 1st half) but his hip movement is worse than Maguires. His passing is below average & his mobility is average. We need someone much better as the starting DM. 1 swallow does not a summer make. 20m is too much. People need to remember that Brighton performance as well. Also remember we've already paid 10m for Amrabat. Morten Hjulmand would be my choice.

On the overlap Ole said that we tried to change stye to be more dominating in 21/22 and we also the outcome. And he lost the dressing room but with eth he hasnt lost the dressing room yet i believe next season with a few transfers to improve the physicality and technicality of the team we are winning the league. The person in the bottom right… about 30 minutes before I saw this review posted I said exactly what you said about keeping Varane at far lower wages, allowing him to play within his physical constraints, and having him impart his knowledge to whoever his replacement will be. And yes, that goes for Mainoo and Garnacho. Also… as I think about it, why not pay, say, Rio, to come in talk with Varane, blend their insights, and have Rio do the work so Varane can solely focus on himself? How about having Rooney come in and do the same with Garnacho AND Hojlund? That’s how Inited can take advantage of their legacy players hard-earned greatness. Literally pass the knowledge down to the youth. THAT… is how club legacy is maintained.

Sacking ETH for a McKenna,Poch or Thomas Frank is a step back. Don’t get me wrong I want Ten Hag out but the names we are linked to are so risky. First of all this season was what was going to happen last season if Ten Hag didn’t adopt to a more pragmatic style of play to get points on the table but even then we had some performances with free flowing football. This season i believe he tried to adopt to his style of play and up the intensity. But some of these players are not physically or mentally there yet for that style yet. A clear example is Casemiro and Eriksen. If Ten hag tried to go back to what we did last season we are never going to progress as a team. They have been periods where we have been like a Ten Hag team and though they have been short we can’t deny that. Against spurs at OT that first half we all saw it we were on them. But we then dropped off physically. Whoever we appoint as the next manager shouldn’t go to a pragmatic style to get points on the board we are done with that

How the hell can INEOS question ten Hag when they haven't even worked with him, they need to understand that these Manager/head Coach guys are not employees like club's own structure, they are the outside talent, the specialists hired to do the job. INEOS needed their people because they were installing structure, but managers are like players, there's a degree of separation, and he has already proved in his career that he can work in structurally sound clubs. INEOS need to install and start refining their structure and work with ten Hag to justify sacking him now because he has proven that when he was working alone in the club, without recruitment head, without director of football, without an experienced technical director, without an efficient medical department, without sensible scouting head. Ten Hag ALONE in management, managed TWO TROPHIES in TWO years. It's the INEOS that needs to prove that they are capable of building a structure to attract quality managers like ten Hag by showing they can work with him, Ten Hag will win trophies wherever he goes, because the industry saw him win 2 cups at United without a structure.

This is a huge indicator why fans cannot run a football club. The emotion is just crazy. He has won the FA cup, so? This was one game, we almost lost to Coventry in the semi and yeah, we beat City. Ole did that many times (yeah I know, not in a final but still) I would recommand to calm down and see the facts: - Ten Hag is not a top 10 manager in the world who is worth keeping over getting a better coach in - what if they cannot agree on certain things? We all dont know the reason why they will perhaps sack him Its not that easy to say, he won a trophy so lets keep him. Another reason is, you cannot let him go into a final year of his contract because the club needs a long term plan. And if the football department is not conviced by him, they should let him go now and not in the middlke of the season or even start a season without a new contract because this is a really bad idea. And I cannot see them giving him a new 3 year deal so everything points on him leaving, which is perfectly fine
