The Fundamentals to Pole Vaulting

This video is an instructional video to the pole vault. it teaches basic drills that will help time up the hands with the takeoff and help create a more effiecient transition from the run to and thru the plant. Anticipate the contact of the ground with your feet. Anticipating ground contact will help to maintain tall hips and allow yourself to catch your hips on the rise. Doing this will allow you to push through the penultimate and lead to a taller better timed free takeoff.
