Yep, the thing is for games as Fortnite and valorant it seems as if Epic games and riot don’t really care about these accounts/there are too many to handle so this happens. It’s also worth mentioning some of the accounts in these sites are stolen and many of them are used by cheaters in game as burner accounts :D Hope not too many people support these sites.
