You know what would make this game so much better? Is if the Specialists had to do certain actions that would mistake them for Slackers. For example, let's say you got 3 new bars, Energy, Stress and either Fun or Hunger. If your energy gets too low, you Cannot perform your tasks, so you must either get some Coffee or Nap at your desk, which could be taken as being a Slacker. If your Stress is too high, you need to go for a Smoke or maybe Dance by the boombox. Now Fun could also be fixed by dancing, but maybe having 1 thing fix 2 bars might make it too "easy" so maybe Hunger is the better pick where you gotta grab some food from the fridge, sit down and snack. All these things would mistake you for being a Slacker. However maybe Slackers also need some other tasks that stands out more from tasks Specialists get.
