Actually, the studio that animated that was Studio 4°C. Ben Bocquelet, the creator of the show, wanted Studio Trigger to guest animate that part, but they were busy with other things, so they couldn't do it.

13:43 the subtitles actually get it wrong here - Yuki actually guesses 'Hokuto' as a school that trained Nicole, referencing Hokuto Shinken, the titular Fist of the North Star. The other ones are Konoha (the Hidden Leaf Village from Naruto) and Mr Miyagi (the mentor of Daniel Caruso from Karate Kid.)

Secondly, you should check out the fanmade videos people made of Anime Gumball.
