Wow so many facilities in just 5000₹ yesterday i travelled from Mumbai to Varanasi through flight and tickets were booked just 1 day before departure, you can buy ticket at this price all time there is no hiked up in priced you don't need to book tickets before 2-3 month before departure you can get tickets easily same as in railway,we can get ticket of train easily as well there is no crowd in train. What a development in those year thank you pm modi from bottom of my heart.

One major thing I will add as I travel very frequently is that we need more airlines in the aviation sector.. We have only 3-4 major airlines and one has the dominance in the sector.. Many airlines like jet and go airways are grounded ... So we really need a push from the government.. Aviation is the future of travel so we need more and more investment and want to see new players which will give us power to end customers like us..

very apt point..ticket prices are always high between frequent travel destinations bangalore to kolkata for example and it has increased in past 3/4 years..reason is less airlines and so less competition..any steps from govt to address this situation..like approving more airline companies or standardizing air ticket rates for frequent travelers..the video and efforts are excellent though and kudos to team for that..since video highlights the development govt has done i believe we can raise these points as well from end consumers side..ps - not every comment in social media is about hate or like, some can be treated as suggestions

Kamiya (Curly Tales): Here is my (long) assessment of Airports in India. Definitely improved, but a long way to go to even meet the basic world standards. - Need free wi-fi without OTP requirement (current world standard) for ALL at every airport, small or big. Absolutely no excuse for the country that is at forefront of software and internet technology. - Cleanliness and facilities have definitely improved even at the smallest airports like Guwahati and Jaipur. Bravo! Mumbai airport is fabulous, where you can actually spend quality time during layovers. Delhi and Kolkata are a mess. Goa and Chennai have not improved, but are efficient. Bengaluru is great, but practically useless for needing up to 4 hr to commute from downtown. - Glad that the northeast and other rural areas are getting Airports. - Security check process needs a major overhaul to EXPEDITE turnover of passengers WITHOUT compromising security. Use better scanning technologies to expedite carry-on luggage screening without having to bring out every small charging cable out of your bag. - Employ staff to ensure that passengers do NOT cut the lines-- so rampant in India. No dearth of people to put on payroll. - Security staff should definitely wear gloves to handle passenger belongings for their own and public safety. Had to sanitize all my carryon belongings during the last visit. - Eliminate the need to scan/seal checked-in bags, because it creates bottlenecks and opportunity for corruption. Was approached by shady people inside the airport standing next to these screeners, promising expedited screening without delays. Figure out other security measures like in the rest of the developed world.
