Quick story on my OG Homie Fatdogg I remember in 95 me him and Kendogg 2 was riding through the Eastside coming from the 40 Avalon hood and it was April 3rd and we ridding past Gilbert Lindsey park that day it was at least a 100 mf in their 43/ECC Fatdogg pulled over walked right inside the park and everybody was hugging and embracing him I knew then he was Respected and love in all areas

Black Americans in Los Angeles must learn to advocate ethnically for each other like the other national ethnicities do in this city. Mexicans, Koreans, Armenians all advocate for their group first. We are politically attacked more than any other group here, we don’t hold any of the jobs with the city government or in the construction sector that builds in our communities. ‘Black and brown’ is simply not codified enough of a term for us to command political respect in the city. Black Americans come from a very specific lineage that built this country and that includes Los Angeles. Peace 🇺🇸
