(1977) Love these updates, possibly they best place on the internet for keeping up with robotics!

Mark Reibert and I are the same age. I was a newspaper cartoonist in Utah, AI is a better artist than me and I love that. 🤖🤠👍

Wow, Reibert was the guy in the lab that made that first one-legged robot. How awesome. He's getting a little old to stat over, but I'd say go for it.

There just isn't really a market in the US for humanoid robots, becuase the US keeps importing new citizens each year. But, countries such as China there is. China needs to make them because in the coming decades, they are going to need more workers, for manufacturing and for taking care of the elderly. The US doesn't have this problem, they can just keep bringing in new people each year.

Wtf, Boston Dynamics has always have been the best robotics company, why are people even comparing them to Tesla. Optimus walks terrible, is incredibly slow, and the design is ugly, Boston Dynamics makes better robots, period. Also they kicked Tesla’s ass with their new Atlas, incredible mobility and beautiful design.

I think you're going to need to target people who have more familiarity with the subject if you want to grow this channel much larger. You were comparing a hydraulic biped mobility R&D platform with electric actuated humanoids intended to work in factories -- it's a bit apples and oranges. Also, the BD bioed can obviously do things no other biped cones close to doing. People who are deeply interested in this stuff are going to find videos like this sort of "basic," as the kids say -- and, frankly, low effort. It felt like the script was written by GPT-3.5. The content needs to be smarter and less sensational, if you want to stand out from all the generated trash on KZbin.

With a third of a million subscribers you give away 50 bucks? Come on, be real. That's almost an insult. Love your videos though, and have been watching from the first!

I was uncertain cause of newer robots being autonomous instead of just programmed. When I found out their robots was only functional by programmed I was disappointed.
@HardKore52509 ай бұрын
Hanson robotics probably gonna face same fate since their robots are only working by programming.

Boston Dynamics, was it ever profitable? It's more famous as a big corporate influencer for KZbin videos than actual sales. Reibert clearly misstepped in not considering AI early. His belated move into the crowded space that is AI confers no early mover advantage. AI is not engineering nor is it purely software development. It requires data sets and training algorithms.

Boston dynamics is behind in real ai. It doesn't use neural network for the robot motion.

In John's revelation the first horseman rides a white horse, carries a bow, and is given a crown as a figure of conquest,[2][3] perhaps invoking pestilence, or the Antichrist. The second carries a sword and rides a red horse as the creator of (civil) war, conflict, and strife.[4] The third, a food merchant, rides a black horse symbolizing famine and carries the scales.[5] The fourth and final horse is pale, upon it rides Death, accompanied by Hades.[6] "They were given authority over a quarter of the Earth, to kill with sword, famine and plague, and by means of the beasts of the Earth."[7]

Shalom Partner and Friend of Israel, Does the "pale green horse rider" of Revelation 6 intrigue and send a mysterious sense of wonder for you? We have always been intrigued by the colours used for the four horses as it appears that they are the key. With the first three riders their colours depicts their "war tactics." For instance the rider on the white horse goes out conquering and to conquer and the black horse will cause death and famine. The rider of the red horse will take peace from the world… he will make war! The rider of the pale-green horse has the same terrible effects to his colour but will destroy one-fourth of the population of the world.
