Are you really sure? What are we going to do with the masses who think Trump is a genius? What are we going to do with the masses who still don't understand how corrupt the Clintons and Obamas are? What are we going to do with CNN, who didn't once make the connection between Harvy, Maria, Irma and Climate Change? Too many lose ends. Our societies are still operating under philosophies of the 18th Century. Nihilism, Relativism, Postmodernism. Famine, Wars, Pollution, Corruption, Greed. Capitalism is still racing us all towards our death. Next stop: Extinction.

justin waugh Norway were experimenting with thorium years ago, they must have ran out of funding. Thorium can sustain us for the next 30,000 years I don't see why we aren't moving forward with it.
@justinwaugh43777 жыл бұрын
Hell, one handful of the material could sustain a human beings home, vehicle, and livelihood with clean safe energy. and when that human being dies, that handful of Thorium could STILL be used for hundreds of years later for someone else. Mankind has always, and always will, overlook our issues. trying to use drastic measures to fix drastic issues, when in reality we can use whats sitting on the table in front of us. small hometown owners of mines all across the united states dump their thorium because not a lot of people buy it. one small mine could run the fucking planet off of what they think is just a useless rock. but america is too focused on what we already invested in. (solar panels, wind turbines, ect)
@paulswanee58557 жыл бұрын
More important than thorium is molten salt.

thorium is an element. Molten salt is, well, molten sodium or table salt
The smart people did invest into renewable energy technology, when everybody was in doubt. Free fuel is a free fuel. Every turn of the wind turbine is like a flow of money into the pocket of the people who build the wind turbine.

@WesternScienceUSA7 жыл бұрын
That kid is book smart but he's exactly what the government wants he's stuck on hot fusion b.s when we know cold fusion can be made in a pickle jar for pennies compared to hot fusion GIANT LASERS millions... My over unity diaries shows several ways to get more energy out then in my favorite methods are pulsing electro-magnets and water engines a.k.a H.H.0 engines.. Hydrogen is 5 times more explosive then gasoline and what is in water hydrogen and oxygen if you pulse the water instead of constant current you magically use far less energy to extract the hydrogen (Advanced Electrolysis) I'm really who the government is scared of.

Those types of people in general end up dead by "accident, natural causes, or random assassination" just like the guy that figured out how to run a car engine on water years before even electric cars/hybrids started to get mass produced.

Absolutely. And FOX news and other propaganda outlets convince too many uneducated idiots (like Trump himself) that global warming doesn't exist. And both Putin and Trump are deniers....they are leading our planet to destruction. The Repubs are essentially all corrupt and all ignorant about basic facts. These midterms are of absolutely critical importance to begin to restore sanity.

I was an engineer for a short time for an electric utility, so I don't have years of experience, but I do know this lacked the practical concerns of utility engineers working day after day to maintain and produce electrical power. The engineers I knew were upset with city and CA state officials, and they were upset with the policies they were being forced to follow. They are being pushed to do things they think are not feasible, at the moment at least. As for wind energy in California, some mocked it openly. In general, everyone knows that solar and wind are unreliable, and battery technology is still not good enough. In general, you should not think that practicing engineers are making policy. I know engineers that work in more legal ways and interact with state government, and they are not confident their concerns are being taken seriously. It seems the politicians are already convinced of what should be done, regardless of what the engineers say. Interestingly, I also contributed to a class project on Thorium in college, but I misplaced the paper.
