Here's the most important bits from the DEVELOPER UPDATE: - Season 0 begins on December 6th and lasts 1 month - 33 heroes all available by the end of Season 0, 8 maps for Quickplay/Competitive, 1 Map for Conquest - NO pay2win - Each season is 3 months - 60 tick rate servers (the Alpha was 20) - several server options - New seasons bring new heroes, new maps, new Team-Up abilities, and potential new GAME MODES - Each season will have it's own battle pass - Full voiceover support for English, Chinese, and Japanese

Based on the developer saying that the last revealed character has a team-up move with Hulk that they are excited for us to see, I think it’s Wolverine. The fastball special is probably the most iconic Hulk team-up, besides those with characters already in the game. And although it’s typically with Colossus, it could work with Hulk.

The main problem I can see is if there's enough game to play during those seasons. I play Overwatch and it becomes a struggle to play sometimes near the end of seasons (I recall season 11 being REAL bad, having only one exclusive mode)

@w_zizo disagree with you 100%. Juno has a short comic book story that is very cute and heartfelt, not to mention how innocent and pure she is in game. Her cinematic was ass though, I'll give you that. Kiriko was introduced with one of the best ow2 cinematics this far. It shows who she is, what she stands for, how kanazaka has been since the shimadas left. It made me tear up. Lifeweaver has a lot of lore interactions in game, and a cinematic that ties to his rebellious nature and backstory. I will give you that he sucks as a playable character. Mauga is a charasmatic duchbag that is smart as fuck. He ties directly into bap and he actually got two cinematics showing exactly who he is. Gameplay wise, the idea of his two gun gimmick sounded great. In execution, not so much. Yet, blizzard is slowly fixing that. So that we can have our giant Samoan man blasting minguns. Ramattra is a great villain with solid motives, backstory and lore. Imma be real, illari is the only character that they fumbled with. Her 'super saiyan' esk power isn't that interesting.

@@BlazeD_7 i just disagree, you can like these charatcers but they are not as great as any of the characters on release release either in terms of gameplay or lore & both are crutial for a engaging character. starting with kiriko, shes either a carbon copy of dva with "i'm a rebel" instead of "i'm a gamer girl" or a total jerk to everyone. her personallity keeps switching as if she has DID, this is really evident in the "la serrafim" cinematic where yeah shes got no lines but shes literally dva in that you can't lie. not to mention the little paradox shes in where she somehow grew up with genji and hanzo who are in their 40's & shes 21?? also her small model is like impossible to hit and dysfunctional + her hand blocks her head witch is so damn annoying, and this would be fine if she didn't have like 3 other ways to escape being remotely killed. only thing good abt her is kinda her gamplay atleast being rly fun ( only for you tho not opps ) & her great cinematic but like all of bliz cinematics are great, it would have been even better if it was used to progress the story since we've been in the same "overwatch reuniting' phase for like 8 years. and this is irrelevant to what i'm talm bout but her face being plastered everywhere as if shes been here day one pisses me off, not to mention her getting like 100 skins a season not to mention her getting TWO DANCE EMOTES BEFORE RAMATTRA LET MY BOI BUST IT DOWN! ! !! !! ! next lifeweaver. i don't hate him i just hate his GAMEPLAY, it think they coulda done so much more. like make him plant more shit, he can create anything with light. instead hes a braindead instant get out of jail slow clunky character ( again if you like his gameplay great but its objectively toxic for the game for 99% of the playerbase ) i do like his design hes really hot me likey. give him a dance emote as well pwease. mauga has great design, personality and relevance to the lore. he's one of my favorites but his gameplay is like beyond saving. they have to change like everything. he needs a new primary fire that can hit anything but tanks, new way to gain sustainability, shooting both miniguns feels so bad & ion really like his ult. finnally juno, i completly forgot about the the comic blizzard always cooks wit those, and tbh i guess junos pretty great, but those three still missed the mark, sojurn is just so bland like she has nothing of substance other than her fire railgun. rest are good. overal heros havent been hitting the same after orisa/sigma,

@w_zizo Oh no, I agree with you on kiriko. Her kit is awful, hitbox is too small and her ingame personality is annoying. I wouldn't count the Le serrafim collab as cannon. The age is just a stupid oversight blizzard needs to touch up on. She's basically an everything support. Can dps, heal, take angles, escape. I hate her, and I am a support main. I definitely think she shouldn't have invulnerablity on her suzu, that sucks. Yeah, lifeweavers gameplay suck. Though, rumor has it that he was still developed by the old dev team at blizzard. Though, I can't confirm anything about that. For mauga, in a recent patch they did make it so that his gun lights characters on fire faster. This makes it so that you are shooting supports and dps way more for sustain then just tank. Though it still needs work, because shooting tank is still the best for him. I like his ult (domain expansion) and his guns feel really fun. He's not supposed to be a long ranged brawler. Also, his kit was supposed to be sigmas but that didn't fit sigma. Sojourn is actually a fucking strong dps hero. Though I agree with you that she feels shoe horned into the story. Maybe I just need to touch up on her lore. I agree, some ow1 characters are just better written than some ow2 characters. Though, there are also ow1 characters that aren't as well written as ow2 characters. I like orisa but she's always been a problematic in game character. Sigma is peak blizzard writing, but they never did anything else with him. Unfortunately

Oh im definitely most excited about the heroes. New maps and game modes are always good, but what i always care most about are new toys to play with, not where i olay them with X3 im really excited to see how they interpret some of the characters ability wise. Marvel Snap card game recently got datamined and the whole December season pass will be a collaboration with Marvel Rivals. All new cards will be playable heroes from the game except Dr. Doom 2099. I think that's a pretty big hint we can expect him to be playable at launch.

Hulk was the very first character they started developing.
