I hope that we get a resurgence of people reading articles from their sources and watching the news instead of getting their news from places like Tiktok or Instagram. Influences who attempt to educate the public with news, often don't do enough deep research and don't understand how serious the role of spreading news is. One incorrect fact or quote can turn a whole group of people away from an idea, establishment, or cause, and I hope that people go and do their own research instead of making influencers do it for them. Read an article! Listen to a news podcast! Just watching a 30 second Tiktok on a very complicated video falsely misleads people into thinking they are educated on an issue, when in reality, they are consuming surface level and often heavily biased information.

I will disagree with you on one point, listening to podcasts to get news updates! Podcasts are an emerging "industry", and it seems like everyone can launch their own podcast nowadays, should one fully rely on it as a main credible source to consume news or get educated? No, podcasts can contain misinformation, and biases, as well. Besides, they are not problem pausing type of educational source, because the listener will passively absorb what they are listening to. Watching the news has proved to be a questionable source of information plenty times, as well. Every single piece of a given information should be questioned! Even your content and mine.

Ironically, Yes! But this KZbin channel got launched 3 years ago. It's only now that KZbin's algorithm is recommending it every now and then to people (it took 3 years!). Anyways, welcome abroad!

I have been wanting to create a community-run arts music and culture blog targeted towards 16-however old-year-olds re this. If anyone has any ideas or would like to help respond to comment ! Something similar to rookie mag and v DIY and community based. J not sure if gen z even bothers with blogs anymore due to excessive consumerism via Tiktok and endless scrolling services...etc Would love to market it via zines and posters around cities.
