Hot take: Rito should upload the match VODs themselves, depending on the tier (t1/t2/t3) it should pay part of the Ad revenue to the players, unless it's exploited and 2 t2 teams cheese it for views/$$, easy way to help some collegiate players afford some things they otherwise would be stressing over. Then t1 games gives revenue back to the org's via ads on VODs, t3 maybe goes into community prize pools?

51:14 - Coming from playing cs majority of my life and playing overwatch 2 now. People don't understand how much active aiming is needed in that game. It isn't as known but Oxy is a former top 500 overwatch player. Look at that kid's mechanical ability... absurd! If you don't want to play aim traimers for mouse control, lmao run overwatch 2 with hitscan characters. I will say CS players tend to dominate every fps they touch (Aceu, Shroud, Tenz, Dizzy, Benjy) but I think it will shift ow players, unless the game is an x-axis shooter/tac shooter.
