I found your channel recently and love it. It's always good for a laugh. (So far, my favorite has been the one about cancelling a gym membership, but I've barely begun to work through your older content, so that could change.)

The gratitude training sounds awkward but is very effective for people that are goal oriented but have no satisfaction as soon as they reach their goal. And if you are also in the upper half of the "0% - 100% ADHD" scale what can happen to you work hard for 1 goal for 2-4 weeks and then burn yourself out to death so you go do something else. This happens for the whole year and then you ask yourself "what have I accomplished this year?". It feels like nothing. So learning to appreciate the progress is key to the negative sides of these traits which will otherwise bring you down.
