Sam Altman - "the power of repetitions" - this really resonated with me as I am currently developing an app that will harness the power of repetitions to make you a better of yourself. I will be building this all on the Salesforce platform and will have Open AI feed into it. I have recently quit my job as a Senior Salesforce Solution architect and will be pursuing this full time.

@@adam-nw5cn Thanks for the comment - its still very early days but using the power of AI in overseeing a habit tracker designed to enhance accountability among users. We are just weeks away from unveiling a proof of concept. Initially, this tool will debut as an app where users can plan their "Rituals" - predominantly focused on health and fitness habits such as specifying sets, reps, weights, and dietary plans. With active tracking of user activities, our AI integration (powered by OpenAI) will analyze this data, evaluate progress against key metrics, and send push notifications as gentle nudges to keep users on track. As the platform matures, we aim to expand its capabilities even further.

He has so particular on his word selection. May be he knows that one wrong move and he is no longer on the top of AI world leaders. I got some hints that GPT5 will be more like complete solutions that even care for integration and general intelligence together. Look like Sam plan is to disrupt all sector with AI machine, like an X ray machine with AI. A printer with AI . I have to be very optimistic about its usage. Because i have no choice either. Marc is hilarious as ever 😂. Great 12 years for me working in Salesforce in technology give me hope on trust layer. Let's see.

The scariest part of this interview is at 34:00 where he says he doesn't see any other way to go forward other than a mass surveillance state. If these are the guys calling the shots, we will have quite the oppressive future ahead of us.
