He needs to take care of his health. For example Bron: he takes care of his health really well and in his thirties he's still playing at the highest level.

It’s not that simple lol some people are injury prone like Yao Ming, Tmac, penny hardaway and Zion. He can’t be jumping like that with his body and that’s how it is him eating healthier and taking care of his body wouldn’t make it so someone of that size could be able to be jump and play like that.

@@sjsusjsj8232 dont make excuses for him. the fact of the matter is zion is a superstar talent with role player work ethic. sure he has more of a predisposition to injuries than say lebron, but if he wasnt eating goddamn cheeseburgers milkshakes fries and downing beers all the time and wasting his time fucking strippers and bum girls i guarantee you he'd have way less injuries problems. you're right, hes too fucking big right now and on the court weighs 280-300 or sum, and in between injuries guarantee you hes ballooning up to 330 if not more. he needs to slim down to 230 or so for how explosive he is and he'd be able to play more often then. is that easier said than done? No, I don't think it is and I don't give a fuck if it is or not, because if you're getting paid hundreds of millions of dollars to play a fucking game that consists u of putting a ball through a net and nothing else, you should damn well not just be able to but be excited and willing to do whatever it takes for you to do that at the highest level. zion needs to lose atleast 60 pounds right now and that should be easy for him. Hell i seen people do it in real life without getting paid a dime for it.

The Young Man have been given too much and is mentally complacent. Discipline in many is hard to maintain. Here we have a individual who has been offered the world and is having a hard time sacrificing and overcoming his weaknesses. Having nothing against people who carry extreme level of weight but most would agree this compromises your physical health. The human body can only support so much. His talent allows him to make extraordinary movements. His torque level is off the charts! But his physical frame can only take so much. And eventually something will give. Best wishes in attaining that mental edge to overcome.

He accomplished what far too many of young guys strive for nowadays and that is to bust their butt in high school/college sports to get a LARGE financial deal in their respective sport and then just COAST. It used to be about the accolades and accomplishments but not as much anymore it seems. I mean…the injuries that some of these guys use to ride the bench now did not exist back when REAL MEN used to play. 🤷♀️. Just my opinion.

Some players with greatness in them never realize their full potential as a professional player for a lot of different reasons, in football it’s because it’s a brutal/gladiator type of sports entertainment and all players pay a severe mental health and physical price to make all that money, in baseball it’s more of a team effort but the rewards vs the sacrifice are far different and a lot less physical and mental damaging! However in basketball it’s your knees and feet that take the pounding year in and year out along with your heart! Does anyone remember Daryle Dawkins? 6’11” who played with Dr. J along with Lloyd Free, Caldwell Jones etc? They called him Chocolate Thunder? Well he had the potential to be better than Shaquille, Wilt, MJ, Bird, maybe even Kobe! But Daryle was NOT dedicated enough to professional basketball at all! He wanted to be a professional radio DJ!😂😂😂😂! Wasted all that talent! And is now no longer with us😢😢😢! Sad very sad!
