To find dpm, divide 60 seconds by the reload time, then multiply the result by the alpha number. The hesh alpha of the fv4202 is 440. Most meds at tier 10 have 350 alpha, therefore 60/7.3= 8.22 8.22x350= 2877 for ap dpm 8.22x440= 3617 for hesh dpm

Not enough people are saying that the equipment changes are excellent, especially in that they are more distinctive. Obviously the gun options are one, while defence is another. Typically I had both lower gun equipment on the left to improve accuracy time, and now that's unnecessary as there's a key benefit for going refined because accuracy time is only 0.2 seconds loss compared to 0.4 or 0.5 of before. Defence is always the right side now. My only quibble is weakening enhanced armoured. I'll never understand why food is a provision because everyone uses it. The provisions should offer clear choices of enhancing particular abilities, like equipment does now. As for HESH on the 4202, I'm still dubious. Too many shells don't penetrate so you lose overall gain. One fluffed shell means 4 need to hit to compensate for the damage loss vs regular shells. Then factor in loss of DPM of over 1 second reload by going gun rammer on the normal gun, while that STB on Normandy would stand no chance against your APCR.

They should buff both opt. Not buff one and need the other. All they did was shift the meta.

@sardonicspartan9343 I've barely changed my top row gun equipment. Anything that needed calibrated shells was already set there, like lights and mediums. A few I've shifted over. Perhaps you're right that rammer should be improved to give us a real decision. Generally, it's 0.3 faster, which is not appreciated 95% of the time and, I dare say, would only cost a win in 1% of battles. Whereas missed penetration is immediately felt and could have a large impact on battle outcome. In contrast, I changed the bottom row with so many tanks, especially destroyers, to reduce gun dispersion. Lights and mediums stay on v-stab. My defence system is nearly all on the right side option now, which is good because the differences before were too vague. I would often flick them around.
