@@adamquenano8563 Maybe Hbox, but Otori is more like ProtoBanham then acola. Otori never really did as well in Japan as 9B or acola did, but he was very strong when he went to the states. In addition, 9B was ranked #1 for 2014 Brawl, just like acola is for Ultimate at the current moment.

The longer this game’s meta goes the more it matters to have a godlike 6th sense for adapting to your opponent. All the players who are getting consistent results at the highest level share this trait. Other than that they play vastly different characters and playstyles. That, to me, is what makes ultimate meta the most entertaining meta.

G&W's up air is only as good as it is because he has chef, without it you'd just be able to go to ledge to escape the move's pressure.

Neutral. Fox can choke gmw out pretty well and he generally out damages gmw and he can reflect up air which is huge

I think the more complicated characters are the hardest and best characters. Look at Steve, for example, he has like 20 million different ways to play him, it kind of gets overwhelming. Game and watch, same thing. Just so hard to play him. The only 2 characters I can name that counter my claim is Roy and joker. (My two mains, because I have a low iq)
