Good stuff - thanks man. I just ordered mine today from B&H ($150 off this week). I don't do video anymore but this lens can literally do the work of 3 of my primes. Can't wait to get some shots up with this guy in some low-light settings. Thanks again!

I want this , to do content for Ig and TikTok, I have a 24-70, 35mm and the GM 50 1.4, def not getting rid of that GM lol but I may let my other 2 sigmas go for this lens

@ yeah I’m never letting that 50 go 😭 I was about to sell my 35 to get a 24 1.4 for gym content but even tho it’s bigger this may be a nice replacement and I don’t lose 35mm at a low F stop

@ yeah 35 is my favorite focal length but I just use this lens in place of a 35. I’m currently looking to get some cinema glass so I haven’t invested in other photo lenses because I feel like I have enough to cover any situation. Once you use this sigma you’ll likely grab it before the other lenses you have just based off the versatility alone 💯. Thanks for the comment! Trying to grow this KZbin thing so I appreciate it.

In your professional opinion would this be a good lens for indoor content creation? Both talking head and DIY instructional is what I'm considering this lens for to gain 1.8 without many primes.

@@randallelliott1245 yes it would be a fantastic lens for that. Especially since you’ll probably have it on a tripod most of the time.

@@damianotchere it has been a game changer! I did not realize how much I was fighting with my lighting and exposure. The image is so sharp and has a beautiful creamy effect to anything out of focus.
