What a productive day this was! I loved the kind deed near the 10-minute mark; I think it's another example of how generous the retro community is. I've done the same in the past, giving away doubles of games (or even a system or two) to those who I think can really use them. It's not always about making/returning money... it's sometimes about (re)acclimating people to games and systems of the past and building or strengthening the community. Seeing the joy and gratefulness on the other person's face is a pretty significant payoff, in my book. Thanks for continuing to do what you do. I not only get a lot of entertainment out of these episodes, but your work really does inspire me when I do my own form of chasing-- whether it's at thrift stores, game stores, or elsewhere.

Awesome show, I spent thanksgiving alone and was really depressed,stumbled across this show and watched it all day..it was nostalgic, makes me want to go to my storage and get all my old systems and games and start collecting again, and most importantly it made me laugh..big ups to Dodongo and 8-bit Eric. ..keep doing your thing guys.

I can't believe people thought the previous episode sucked. Listen, just because these guys aren't successful in scoring any amazing gems doesn't mean it isn't enjoyable watching them. They have always put a lot of hard work into the show so it's completely normal to have a "filler" episode. Think about it. How many times have we all gone game chasing and left with nothing? Man that was a lucky find. My husband and I went yard saleing a lot this past summer and all we found was a Game Boy Color for $5, no games (which we probably could have got even cheaper, it had no price and they guy told us to make an offer and my husband started off at $5 and he took it. I would have started lower myself). My only other awesome yard sale find in my life was back in the mid 90's after the SNES had been out a couple years or so, I found a complete NES in box with the orange duck hunt gun and the duck hunt/mario game, plus they threw in a small pile of other games, for like $25. I haven't been that lucky since.
