Great video. Thank you. Which mats did you mount on the wall behind the dartsboard?

so was hoping to get your advice. Im a beginner with a old electronic soft tip board. I am interested in starting to play online with people. Should i go granboard or steel tip? thanks so much.

Great question, since you're already familiar with soft tip/electronic dartboards we would definitely recommend a Gran Board as it has the largest online network of players worldwide (their app is free and you can use your phone or tablet) and you'll easily find great competition no matter what your skill level. If you get a steel tip dartboard, this will require additional purchases like a webcam/mount etc and choice software to connect with others - a lot less user friendly but still a great option if your heart is set on steel tip play.

Hi, any tips on selecting dart weight? Im a soft tip dart player. There has been alot of mixed information going around so i figured I'd ask for your opinion since your throwing style and grip looks similar to mine. Im a mid to rear grip, using a close 3 finger grip.

Excellent question, however, highly individualistic so sometimes this can be hard to give advice if we've never seen you throw. Could you elaborate a little on what weights you've tried and where you usually miss (left, right, up or down?).
@kazunesan411811 ай бұрын
@@azdarts Ive tried 19g so far and it usually deviates right due to my habit of drawing my dart to my left eye( I throw right with left eye dominant) and drops lower than my aim
@azdarts11 ай бұрын
@@kazunesan4118 19g is a little above average for soft tip. The most common weights we sell are 16 and 18g. If your dart is consistently dropping low then your dart may be too heavy for you. We'd recommend going down in weight if that is the case and throw with the exact same mechanics to see if they land where you intend on the Y axis.

@@azdarts I see, do you have any recommendations as to which dart I should get? As someone who uses rear grip , I was considering the Viking rannsaka 18g soft tips based on the reviews Ive seen from your channel.

@@kazunesan4118 there is a great blog by Dax Munna describing how your grip style should guide your barrel choice found here: a-zdarts.com/blogs/all/what-is-the-proper-way-to-hold-a-dart-how-grip-style-should-lead-you-to-barrel-choice

Yeah it's a good practice game, but you better remember to leave some time in between each 3 darts because there's always an opponent after three after three darts. It will mess you up constantly throwing nine darts with no time in between.

I like to copy your throw. Can you make a video? 😅

No way I can hit the same pie 9 times in a row and I'm practicing now for a year for several hours a day on most days. :( I'm about to accept this as reality. I mean I'm not sure how to move on from here.

Start adjusting things. Grip, stance, throwing motion, dart style, dart weight. Take a video of yourself throwing and really look at your form. Make sure everything is moving like it should. You’re doing the hard part which is the practice, the easy part is finding out what you’re doing wrong.

OOFT, just as well you made an appearance Jen 🫣.... I was thinking I may have to complain & get the "dreaded " riding crop 😂🤣Lol. Good game this , I'm going to incorporate it in to my practice routine, thanks 🏴🤗🤗👏👏👍👍😁😁🙏

It's a long one and very humbling! haha sometimes we break it up into just a few numbers at a time instead of all cricket numbers.
