Yes 20g is okay for the Gran Board 3S model. If you have a Gran Dash the max weight is 18g.

Yes it's a typical surround that just fits over any standard steel tip dartboard. Only the dartboard itself attaches to the hub.

No really just the scallop itself was the focal point to the build. We went through a few prototypes to get the exact diameter Jen likes for the scallop then built the rest of the dart to create the perfect balance point for her. If anything, the love for a scallop alone came from the Shot Tribal Weapon originally for her.

I can easily say from experience throwing darts with friends while camping is incredibly fun. I like this product 90% for the non permanence setup inside my home and 10% for the off chance I'll travel with to a buddy's house or camping.

@ Dart games are primarily indoor sports. Have you considered the wind factor playing outdoors?

@@butchgo8930 yes of course. Throwing outside I'd immediately consider non serious and not worried too much about perfect accuracy or height/toe line distance measurements.

Hello! The black titanium nitride coating is definitely different than hand painted rings that quickly wear off. The black will eventually fade, but can definitely last quite a long time (could be years) and add a protective coating to the barrel along with a different grip feel. It certainty depends on how often you play, how tight your groupings are (the coating can scratch rather than chip like normal paint), and how well you maintain/store your darts.

Hello, tough question! We definitely recommend asking the manufacturer directly as we do not know the process of how the flights are made with dye/pigment. Some might say just based on experience (not scientific) you could argue certain colors for both plastic tips and flights may affect how brittle the material is. We would have to guess that solid colored flights have more bend before they break compared to translucent. Jen in particular hasn't broken a K-Flex flight yet after 6 months of filming sessions. In major competition mode, she would change out her flights no matter what every 3 months more as a superstition than anything.
