I can only speak through experience, but as I've gotten older (I'm 37) It's only gotten easier. It definitely seems like there is a biological urge to get with older men. As long as the guy is healthy and got charms, age only makes things easier.

I’m starting to notice at 37 how noticeable women’s attraction to me is and I don’t have any grey hairs. I think my voice is starting to change to a more deeper tone, I can sing at levels no more. But yeah, older women are definitely aggressive in flirting but most ain’t trying to let you hit and some need to sit their a*ses down. Younger females are really turned on by the calmness and level of charisma you have being more mature and grounded in reality. You don’t use a bunch of “umms” or “bruh” lingo and can train/teach them in conversation. But the women you interact w/ have to have more going for themselves and have game to be able to deal w/ a high caliber man.
