“The Game” Reboot Is Fresh but Still Familiar!

The fan-favorite series, “The Game”, has been rebooted again and has found a new home on Paramount+. Wendy Raquel Robinson and Hosea Chanchez have reclaimed their roles as powerhouse mother and son duo Tasha Mack and Malik Wright. While some things have stayed the same, many have also changed. The show has relocated from San Diego to Sin City and has an array of new players taking the field. Wendy and Hosea Skype into the show from the set along with newcomers Adriyan Rae and Vaughn Hebron.

I am underwhelmed that those other characters are not in the reboot. They were an integral part of the show. Melanie and Kelly played very interesting roles. Jason was so funny and Derwin was a power character and very handsome might I add. What about Tee Tee?

I love 💗💗💗💗💕💕💕💕the Game. From 2006 to 2015 i am one of those devoted fans who loves the show. The script, characters, the music, the costumes even there are so many influences they gave to pop culture, the sports, entertainment, beauty, hair, and fashion world. Tasha Mack love her she's a shero of mine for sure. Boss lady who cracks a whip, loves to have a good time, keeps it real,loyal, and looks out for family. She acknowledges her imperfections and she checks her son to give him the knowledge he needs to navigate the sports realm. Yes she is the true momager. Cannot wait to watch the show. Hope it comes back to BET. Or gets more episodes on Netflix. 😁

Love Tamron Hall, and usually she is on point. But there were two major errors in this interview. She said "The Game" first aired on UPN; in fact, it aired on The CW. Later, she said, "The Game" reboot streams on Netflix; in fact, it streams on Paramount+. Graciously, Wendy Raquel Robinson and Hosea Chanchez didn't correct her. They minded their manners, but it's still awkward.
