It's not Katie's fault. Explanation: Though Katie played as a "Poser" in the game the poser is going to want to win the game. This game leans more in the favor of the "Citizens" over the "Stoners". If the Poser was able to see who the Stoners are Katie would of been in favor of helping the Stoners out as opposed to the citizens. Katie played to win. There were no clear rules for her and who she's suppose to help to win. The creator of the game made the mistake of not clearifying it to us and the players.

I had a similar idea earlier. You take a super stoner, a normal, and a lightweight, and get them BAKED. You then have them take a class in a subject they have NO EXPERIENCE IN. They're only given a pen and a paper to take notes. Later, when sober, they have to pass a test on what they learned using ONLY THE NOTES TAKEN. "HIGH NOTES"- Puff, Puff, Pass the Test.

No way of knowing if the medic protected themselves round one or two, so there's no way of knowing if it's currently medic other medic other or if it's other medic other medic, so that means there's no way of knowing if the person that got protected last round was medic or poser, and without knowing that it's impossible to know if that person can be protected a second time or not

Well werewolf and Mafia do have some differences, eventhough they are very similar i.e. werewolf tends to have more roles (especially the Ultimate version), is more dynamic, (some roles just changes up the game like the cupid randomly pairing two people when they may be in opposite team.. (or a single elimination would kill both of them), can be played with role-reveal (i.e. when someone is eliminated, they reveal their role.. (which i think makes it really hard for the wolves)..., while the roles in mafia is usually more straight forward... ) I personally think that it takes a bit of practice to balance the game for werewolf (especially when deciding what roles to add, or how to adapt to the group) while mafia is usually more straight forward... (the mafia should be between 1/3 - 1/4 of the group size, and we add/subtract roles to the village team as needed to help balance the group)
