This is remarkable. I've spent months trying to think of how to create a simple system like this to obtain clarity, purpose, & pursuit in life. And here you made an animated series explaining all these principals & explaining them clearly. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for organizing all these thoughts so neatly, & beyond that offering the template for free. Very good & simple enough for anyone to use. 🤯🤩

Just discovered your channel and really enjoying it so far. I do have a quick question though... Any suggestions of ways to determine one's current score for each attribute? I understand that they are arbitrary values, and relative to each player. But my ASD/OCD brain asks anyway because I don't necessarily what baseline happiness/contentment looks like :/ Perhaps if I start by looking at my 10/10 ideal, and then subtracting 1 point for each factor I have yet to obtain, counting down to determine my current score? Anyway, keep up the excellent work :D
@thegamifiedlife3 жыл бұрын
Haha yea :) I usually do kind of a self assessment, of ideal is 10/10, and how far I am from that ideal is where I am now.... a very self perceived way of going through this project. But it actually gets much more interesting if you try to do it with a friend, and understand what their 10/10 is, what they think of their current place in life as well. Yeah, I totally get you on the not knowing what baseline happiness and contentment look like because I’m also trying to figure it out myself... but I usually gauge it by sitting down, maybe look at the ceiling, and think am I ok with how things are now? Yes/no and move from there :) once you are at peace with everything in life, you’ll feel a lot more contentment!

Hey buddy! Thanks for making another awesome video 😁 I have printed out the ‘Character Life Stat Graph’ and the accompanying sheets. I’m bringing it to my accountability group on Monday, and I plan to reuse it probably every month. Thank you so much, Jeff.

Your video was good, love it, but your over voice sound sooooo depressing, come on man, you should cheer up your game right???? More energy! more enthusiasm! Please
@thegamifiedlife4 жыл бұрын
HAHA Oh man, love the feedback, I've actually been debating for a long time whether i want to try to be more energetic or more "mature" sounding, Still working on it! but hopefully it'll be noticeably better as i make more :)
@vuTRAN-tx5bg4 жыл бұрын
@@thegamifiedlife Just my opinion tho =)) Mature is good, but for your message to stick in other's head, to inspire them take the action, I think it need more energy. A loud and clear smack in the back of the head is what people need...I think. Or may be you have your own way between the styles. Anyway, keep it up man. You got my subcribe!

Speak for yourself. For those who've never learned these principles, this is gold. More applicable than 40% of the crap they taught in public school.
