There are those critics of anything they can’t have been a part of or jealous of others who sought their Sanctuary and were led to their own adventure and life in a their adopted country. One can see first hand how the amazing peoples of Morocco and the hand of God and yes, wealthy artists, entrepreneurs and writers and half-casts from Europe and elsewhere came to these magical lands as toddlers and children…they were shown so much love and respect for their home away from home that they many moons later found themselves called to return. Lovely documentary but I'm not sure it is Islamic. I think this is more about traditional gardens than religious gardens. As an African, the gardens look very familiar to the beautiful gardens I saw as a child. It just shows that we are all connected by a common thread.

You missed the point. The garden is the output of the process of gardening and cultivating the land and living that process. Plus as these people have emerged themselves in the culture. They are doing it the Moroccan way. 😊.

Agreed with the previous comment. It was off kilter all along for that reason, when it could have simply made a different claim. Then ending on a note of "dreams of the orient" or "oriental hospitality" was not in good taste. Although the gardeners themselves had some balanced perspectives. And the series is well done.
