I'm a little late to the party, but as for what I'd like to see, as you touched on, a bit of a tidy up of both Big Red and Mr Jones, the rear end work on Big Red, seat cover/interior work on Mr Jones, and the little rust and damage issues on both, but don't change the colour. Drive them, maybe occasional visits to the track, but definitely the 360, 727 and 9 3/4 in that RX-7, because then you have a track car and the other two can just be for fun.

My Valiant is a driver and it is the best thing I ever did. You are on the right path. If you want to go to the track you should build a dedicated track machine.

Needs smaller tires to do that with the 1” drop it already has. I may put 255’s on and put the 275’s on big red. He needs new sticky’s.

I would just make Mr Jones a fast street car. I would not cage it or put slicks on it. keep it sleeperish

Congrats on the promotion and the workshop! You mentioned Magnum parts so just for the heck of it, there’s another import SBM air gap intake manifold on Amazon, but it’s not the Speedmaster though, but it’s Magnum/LA bolt pattern. I bought one for a future project and it looks like a nice casting, no barnacles in the ports etc. $199.

Just repaint old red even the frame with some rust oleum paint to protect it from rust keep it drive able and so far the green Plymouth I would repaint it sassy grass green find out the problems with out the turbo frost make sure it runs right with the fuel injection then put the turbo on it keep them both and if the truck is from your dad he won’t last for ever mined died when I was 30 have a lot of memories but not much left that was his

My friend gave me 318 magnum from out of a Grand Cherokee but the problem is the eccentric adapter cause I want to put my carburetor setup on it. I seen on KZbin the Eldebrock dual plane intake they are very expensive.

just remember if you sell Mr. Jones you most likely will never find another it the same condition. have been there many times and really wish i had made better choices. i had a 1967 Formula S barracuda that was 1 of 23 sold it big mistake.
