I don't mind investing in high-end products like scooters, but when you're spending $4,000 on an electric scooter, it's unreasonable to receive only a one-year warranty. Manufacturers or dealers should offer more extended warranty periods.

I started out with gxl v2 to the gx1 and now I just ordered gx3 gotrax is a great option and product highly recommended I only thing I had issues with were those 4 tiny screws at the latch what ended up getting somewhat striped and made the stem wobbly after time. Overall great product

I dislike thick stems like that only because I like my accessories options the specs are like my old Evercross H5 which weights less so the heavyness of it sucks and if the range was a bit higher it would be awesome but the price sets it over the top NGL and knowing I can place solid tires on it is a big plus.😊

I purchsed this scooter a year ago. It's a fun scooter with a few issues. The main issue is, there is a "wabble" coming from the stem. The locking pin keeps falling down. Not sure how to fix it. The brake are making a grinding noise after minimal use over the past 12 months. I also cracked the black front wheel cover. Contacted company... they're sold out of ALL GX1 parts. Very frustrating.

Almost the same motor/battery specs as the Varla Pegasus, which is $100 cheaper at the moment. With a 15AH battery, my guess is that realistic range would be less than 20 miles.

one of my scooters is a 12.5AH and I get about 25miles on it cruising at 20mph and I'm 205lbs

I had an issue with my charger. It charged fine the very first time, and now it just shows green. Reached out to GoTrax and they sent me another charger. Hoping it’s a just a bad charger, and not a problem with the actual with the GX1.

What’s to say, they both died on me. Bought the introductory one very cheap, liked it, upgraded to the ultra elite, that lasted six months. So went back to the first one that lasted one the week! Keep up the work, enjoy watching your channel !🤘

Please can you include rim size. We find buying tyres easyer if a 14 inch rim has a 14 inch tyre on it. So because of that we only buy according to that idea, tyre must have 14 on it and it goes on a 14 inch rim. Just my opinions and votes of wallet and for simplicity, especially when trying to but tyres.

It says the stated range would be about 25 miles ... How accurate would you find that amount to be ? I am looking for my first scooter and i want to spend about a 1000 bucks but I am a NOOB when it comes to scooters. I do have 2 ebikes but I want to venture into the realm of Scooters ..... there might be a few other options for sure, however this looks really nice to me. I'd say cruising at 20mph you could easily get 25 miles. that's the range I get off my 12.5AH scooter at that speed. Just like with E bikes the max range never comes at full pull.

Really depends on your weight, ambient temperature, and terrain you are riding on. You can get up to 25 miles of range but it would most likely be around 17 miles.

I did a pretty extensive review of range and posted it on Reddit. If you weigh under 200 lbs, run the tires at 40-45psi and ride it in the lowest (15mph) setting then you'll likely get close the 25 miles. In contrast, each time you go to a speed mode your range decreases.

6:34. Why do you insist on calling the "things that you don't like"..."the things you hate"?? Your graphic actually says "Dislikes"...yet you proceed to say "things we hate". Which is it? Is it a dislike? Is it actual hate? I'm not clear if you actually hate things on some of the scooters that you review. The line/distinction between dislike and hate, should NOT be a blurry one. Should it?? Hate is a strong/descriptive word, and you have been using it in all of your scooter videos for as long as I've been watching. Do you really have hatred for some of the build qualities and details of a particular scooter? or should the category actually be "things we don't like? To me, the gap between disliking and hating something, is a large one.

Replacing the tires have been the biggest issue for myself. The GoTrax website is says they're completely sold out of tires for the GX1 and GX2. I tried replacing my rear 85/65 6.5 tire with a solid one. But when it arrived it was slightly smaller by a quarter of an inch. The issue for me is the replacement has a rounded shape vs the original that flat and wide. From 0-20 its not a big deal. But at 25-30 the rear wheel occasionally slides in the back. Not to mention I've also tried adding a inner tube inside the tubeless tire. It was a joke minus the punchline. The scooter caught another flat within 3 blocks of leaving my house. Eventually I'll post a video of my multiple failed experiences of repairing the tire on the GX1. Overall its a great scooter, until you blow out a tire from a uneven sidewalk or street full of potholes. Cleveland streets are a little bit too mean for the GX1. Lol

@@doublahh I ride a Niu Kqi3 Pro for 2000 miles a year. I've had to replace the rear tubeless tire every 6 months. My local bicycle store change the tires for me. Impossible to do it myself.
