Having the ability to travel just as fast as the rest of traffic in 90% of roadways (excluding highways obviously) for a fraction of the cost of buying a car is a simple commuting solution!

THE REASON YOU WEREN'T ABLE TO ADJUST THE RIDE HEIGHT ON LOCATION WAS BECAUSE YOU NEEDED TO COMPRESS THE SHOCK. THAT'S WHY THE BOLTS WERE DIFFICULT TO TURN, BECAUSE THEY WERE PRE-LOADED FROM THE FORCE OF THE SHOCK ASSEMBLY... USE A SPRING COMPRESSOR AND UN-LOAD THOSE BOLTS AND YOU'LL HAVE A FAR EASIER TIME! GOOD LUCK!

INMOTION released a video after our review showing it done in 30 seconds. We just needed a mallet. I do wish a rod the same circumference size of the pin was provided. That would have been the best to efficiently punch it out without having to worry about possibly damaging the thread. It can be done with the allen tools provided but you have to be careful to punch it out along the edges.
@ssoffshore5111

@@Andrew-vt4jt I haven't seen the video (link?), but I would imagine taking the weight off the suspension by placing the main body on a lift/block/downed tree/etc would make it a lot easier as there will be less tension on the bolt from suspension preload.

Hey there, just came across your video on "escooters" and I must say, your content is impressive! It's great to see someone showcasing the latest trends in the electric mobility space. As an ebike user myself, I recently stumbled upon a new crowdfunding project called freebeat Morph 2-in-1 e-Bike, which seems truly innovative. The fact that it can be charged indoors is a game-changer! And the combination of outdoor exploration and indoor fitness is simply outstanding. I'm amazed by the powerful motor, front suspension, and puncture-resistant tires, making it suitable for any terrain. Can't wait to support this project and get my hands on a freebeat Morph e-Bike!

I am reposting AtomicB's excellent post concerning repairs: "Keep in mind the likelihood that this will end up collecting dust in your basement due to the myriad of issues you will encounter keeping it on the road. Flats alone will numb your head after the first year. Not just the high number of flats you will get but the mind numbing drill you will encounter changing one. Even if, like me, you are mechanically inclined, have a custom workshop on your basement and have owned many models for many years, you will suffer. If you are not like me, good luck finding a certified mechanic that will not charge you an arm and a leg just to look at it."

Most of the time you will be riding in areas with a 25 to 35 mph speed limit. You want that extra power and speed to be able to get away from a car or truck if they swerve into your lane or come up fast behind you. Extra power and speed is a safety aspects more than anything. That is why I cringe when I see small displacement sports bikes on the highway. They don't have the power to get out of sketchy situations like a swerving car or drunk driver or someone with road rage. Power can save your life.

Hey there! I just stumbled upon a new project called freebeat Morph 2-in-1 eBike. It seems like this eBike offers a similar experience to the All New Super Scooter you mentioned! The Morph eBike features a dual mode option, allowing you to use it both indoors and outdoors. And here's the exciting part - it can be charged indoors! That means you can get a workout while charging the bike. It also has a brushless 750W motor, 80mm front suspension, and puncture-resistant fat tires. The Morph eBike seems like a perfect blend of fitness and technology, just like the scooter you're interested in! Keep enjoying your rides, and have a great day! 😄🚴‍♂️

Jimmy why, why, why the mantis style (like the insect not the scooter brand) front fork suspension? Why is this design so common on stand up scooters? I’m not a fan of the look and I’m skeptical about performance and feel where speed is concerned…same goes for mushy over sprung suspension systems many scooters have. The faster you go the more feel and control you want to have. Rion is still the best looking scooter out there in my humble opinion.

I prefer the twist throttle. Basically using your whole hand to throttle results in finer positive control and therefore is much safer imo. Thanks Jimmy and Andrew! That is an amazing scooter. I no longer care to ride hyper scooters as they no longer fit my use cases. However, I would love to have this one to play around with. Please upgrade your helmets. At those speeds what Andrew is wearing won't do much. Sadly I have seen some serious injuries at much lower speeds with the Predator and TSG pass helmets. It made me upgrade to a carbon fiber DOT/ECE/SNELL rated helmet and it has given me much greater comfort knowing I have much better protection. Perhaps modular motorcycle helmets for you both as you can flip up the chin portion when you want to talk to the camera or you can have internal mics inside the helmets.

Bro I been riding motorcycles at the age of 9 your comment about a steering damper is totally false a damper does not hide bad workmanship or design it's more of a safety part. When u are going fast on two wheels ur handle bar can get tank slap it might not happen today or tomorrow but u will wish u had one on the bars. Idk why anyone would say that. It happens on 500lb motorcycles with millions in r&d. Ur riding a e scooter that has a 10 inch tire and weight 100lb. Going 70mph if ur going 20 mph ok theres no need but 50mph on. Scooter yeah no way u definitely need a damper plus no name tires don't know why compound the tires are this all comes into count

Hi Jimmy, I'm Steven and I live in Australia where I picked up a rebranded the latest 2024 Langfeite C1 60v 26ah . Not sure if you guys would call it a flagship scooter, but a no load speed test straight from the box did 79mph/127kph. Thought you'd be interested in doing a review.

Have you tried unloading the suspension before trying to adjust the height? It seems pretty obvious that you'd need to take the weight of the scooter wheels to remove the bolts and adjust the height. If so, there's nothing wrong with "the execution", the problem is with the operator. Ps Steering dampers can hide handling issues but that's not the reason they're deployed or used in most circumstances. They enable more radical steering geometry by subduing side effects like "tank slapping" or steering oscillation
@ssoffshore5111

I agree with the first part, although not as much with the second. I think you kind of contradicted yourself on the steering dampers.

@@ssoffshore5111 More radical steering is a trait often sought as a performance advantage. It can come with trade-offs, but so do all modifications. I suppose you're right, if you focus on the negative trade off without considering the positive return. So fair point.

I would never do those high speeds on any scooter with that size wheel on it. It is really insane! Even wearing full gear. These scooters will bring so much injuries to hospitals and the healthcare cost will keep climbing. What they charge today for just broken bones, per day, is mind blowing. All these young guys and adult will cruise with these so fast, its only the beginning to what's to come.

Keep in mind the likelihood that this will end up collecting dust in your basement due to the myriad of issues you will encounter keeping it on the road. Flats alone will numb your head after the first year. Not just the high number of flats you will get but the mind numbing drill you will encounter changing one. Even if, like me, you are mechanically inclined, have a custom workshop on your basement and have owned many models for many years, you will suffer. If you are not like me, good luck finding a certified mechanic that will not charge you an arm and a leg just to look at it.
