What kind of tires would you suggest for summer in this car? I currently have the top rated continental all seasons and they are pretty great but I know they aren't the best and can't find better suggestions anywhere. Currently running a winter square setup with Michelin X-Ice and they have come in handy but they are horrible in warmer/dry weather.

I think you can get more time off from sway bar adjustments, suspension height change, tire pressure, and yes tire selection. Cool video, was it under steering right because it was so hot or was it a weird balance thing?

The track is mostly right hand turns so the driver's side front just gets hot and when it does it just gives up on life.

Get a softer front sway bar and a stiffer rear sway bar. That’ll bias to front end grip. Or as a free experiment, just take out the front sway bar and see the car oversteer more.

Any updates on the genesis coupe? Taking any car with all seasons to an autocross event is definitely NOT the thing to do to get the best preformance from a car. Shame if you guys dont have it anymore, it just needs some things swapped out.

It would be similar, but probably lazier given the extra weight. I do think Z cars are a little more playful in the drift category out of the box.

Genny needs all the tire that she can get, she real a big gurl. The Gen coupe's chassis has never been impressive, well it's more like its weak point, heck it's only not that long ago that Hyundai started making performance cars that actually handle well out of the box.

A Camaro with the 2.0 or V6 might be a better platform out of the box, if you can get over the fact that it's a V8-less Camaro.

Used to own a V6 Camaro, now have a V6 Genesis. Can confirm the Camaro was a lot more fun, and cooler. This is a LOT more comfortable and better daily driver though.

Slow down a bit if you keep encountering understeer. And use load transfer or e brake rather than understeering to oversteering for drift

Out of the fact that is more a go kart track than a real track, someone guess still have to understand how the car handles kzbin.info/www/bejne/o5bTo5eZnJdnm9E , again, no problems for me, the car is a rocket and as said on old track video, you need to play with the tyre pressure. P.s. : mine is FULL stock, wheels aswell.
