Sometimes I can't decide what Sifu Lam likes more: Quan Sau or Po Pai. Here in this video and on nearly every single one of his DVD/Download/Lecture/Seminars, his enthusiasm is clear - and Sifu Lam never misses a chance to show just how useful a tool the versatile Quan Sau can be. Thank you for sharing these videos with us - much appreciated - can't wait for the next

Quan Sao. I usually use the PALM FORWARD and LONG COREECT BONG FACING, all my attack strategies are based off MOTHER AND SON, keeping the helping hand near the other elbow. Staying in QUAN. That's from studying Gary. Awesome one guys. 🙏💯

Good shifting and footwork are critical to maximise the effectiveness of Quan Sau. The "Quan Sau with step" and "Quan -> Po Pai" in wooden dummy form are good training for that.

I prefer explosive WSL lineage ving tsun kungfu. Most youtube wingchun video's are so slow.

The only true lineage of wingchun is Duncan Leung after Yip man, all this stuff you see is just fancy hands and won’t ever work in a real situation.

Well, @hed2015 , you're more than welcome to drop by our school and see if your hands are up to par.

Most Wong Shun Leung students are pretty good, number one is of course Wan Kam Leung.

Duncan Leung modified his wing chun so much it doesn't even look like wing Chun anymore. From talking to other Sifu lineages, Ip Man didn't teach Duncan much. So Duncan had to add alot of other martial arts in order for his stuff to work. Don't just listen to what your Sifu from his lineage says, go out and see & feel what other lineages & styles have...
@hed201510 ай бұрын
@@chidopuff false. Only one lineage survived. That’s yip man > Duncan Leung . All the others are imitators which is why WC reputation is ruined. It went from a very effective art to fancy hand moves like you’re in a movie. Look at this guy , in what world does he think this bullshido would work against any trained fighter ? You see this version of wingchun lacks the most important thing about wingchun (only those from Duncan Leung Lineague know and I won’t even say it) so thank you and have a good day both of you.
