8:11 exactly like mini said, the only time boaster has majorly underperformed is in iceland 2022. you can take a look at his stats in any regional or international competition, and you'll not only see him performing very good for being an igl but also see many times him being the 4th best player on the team statistically, however the narrative of boaster bringing the team down has somehow always been there. for me people wrongfully put him in the same category of underperforming igls like fns and dephh, whereas he is actually somewhere just below sadhaak

very informative video man! I think theres not a lot of credit that goes to figures like SLK and Anders in the industry, and you can compare the results fnatic has with them with a team like Sentinels pre-franchising, and I can kinda empathise now with Shahzam never being given the support he and his team needed staff-wise; the pressure he mustve faced.

Considering that mini is speaking about Fantic being in a rush going into lock in. Do you feel like there is a possibly/high chance we might get an astralis type era in the first franchised year? (first back to back? first two for a team?) As one would assume they would get better with age?

It applies for everyone, I think the sheer caliber of players on fnatic immediately put them top 2 next to Navi. I would think that Asian teams are surprisingly strong that’s my prediction but who knows

@@seankim2916 I wholeheartedly agree that the Asian teams are goated and will be contenders for 1st this year and many to come, however I do doubt the support structure necessary to build a "legacy" (described into the video above)

Fnatic only won because it was a single elim tournament. And the reason i say it is because you only need to take one look at the VCT EMEA split matches to figure out how close to each other each team is. Any one could easily win had it been change in one random factor and i am even going to predict that fnatic will not be the first seed in VCT split and will not win masters either.
