The Georgia Goldrusher rename is a GENIUS move!

Six Flags Over Georgia announced Georgia Goldrusher. This is an Intamin Ultra Surf Roller Coaster that was supposed to open in summer 2024, but got delayed to spring of 2025. This name change from Georgia Surfer makes a lot more sense, and in this video I explain how this is a GENIUS move by the park.

This is the best breakdown of the new theme that I've seen yet! I love that beyond just aesthetics, the back-and-forth and water feature combo literally enact out the theme. Such a good decision!
