I still remember every feeling that day. 10 years old, all alone in my room watching the Final on a little antenna box TV. When he got the ball at his feet my heart would light up. And boy let me tell you how sensational it was when he banged in that half volley for 3-3... I shot up, celebrating, smacked my head on my bunk bed, was in tremendous pain but celebrating so much at the same time. I love Football...

It's always Messi and Ronaldo and players like that that are called THE best because they have the glamour roles, but none of them could do what Gerrard can, yet Gerrard can do what they can. Just an opinion, it's all very debatable at the end of the day. But for me, he is up there with the best ever.
