I remember as a teenager trying to take a quick shower to go to my friends birthday party, I was rinsing my hair under the shower nozzle, the water got really cold and I had a very very real vision of seeing and hearing a loud explosion and looking up and finding myself in the hull of a ship... I could see the water coming in and hearing people screaming to go go go meaning to go up a staircase I was on to where there was the only light and then the feeling of cold water rushing over me and then everything went dark... I feel it was more of a torpedo explosion and not the Titanic... it was only a few seconds but it scared me.. even to this day if cold water runs over my head, I can still sometimes see or at least feel the same episode.

I've had a very real experience too. I remember camping and having a very real Invision of being in a humvee truck. An explosion was Heard and my foggy mind had cleared. My left arm was gone and my battle buddy was killed. His service m16 was blown up at the front. His body blown into pieces. blood dripping down his caved in head to his vest where there was rips from shrapnel. I remember moving my hand and feeling his veins slip off of my skin that was connected to the dangling arm. It felt so real I didn't sleep for 2 days after. Weirdest experience ever

I remember having nightmares when I was around 2 or 3 about someone grabbing my ankle and me drowning. When I was a little older I had the same nightmare but with more detail, I was in middle class, around 13 years old and I remember sharing a room with two other women. Then the boat started to sinking and I jumped off and I was in the water for a while until a man grabbed my ankle then I woke up. Then when I was around 8 I had a sleepover with my friend we want to watch Titanic because it was her favorite movie, all I knew about the movie was that had Leonardo DiCaprio in it and it was about a ship. The movie was still in the beginning and I started crying because the people in the movie we're wearing the same clothing as the people in my dreams and the ship looked familiar. We stopped the movie before I even got to the halfway mark because I was crying so much I could breath. I didn't watch the full movie until I was 10 and I couldn't watch again until I was in high school. Even now I cry not because of of rose and jack but because it reminds me of my childhood nightmares. I'm not saying that I was on the Titanic but it's just weird that I've had these nightmares since I was little before I even knew about the Titanic or understand what happened.

I used to be obsessed with the Titanic, I knew just about anything available that a 7 year old could know. But after watching the movie, I started having these awful dreams about rooms filling up with water, and me not being able to breathe anymore, and dreams about seeing dead bodies floating in the water, dreams of being in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and not being able to see any land at all. These dreams were all very surreal for me and terrifying. And after having them, I wanted nothing to do with water. Nor did I want to learn about the Titanic anymore. I threw away all the many books I had about Titanic. My sister had gone to Gatlinburg Tennessee, and brought me back a Titanic shaped pencil sharpener, and a necklace meant to resemble the heart of the ocean from the movie, I threw those away too, didn't want them. I even threw away my magic tree house book, which had been the first chapter book I read with no help. It was almost as if I had gotten PTSD from the movie. It's strange what can happen to children, very strange indeed.

Now try to watch movie when you are older. When I was like 8, I was opssesed with Titanic, loved it so much. I made one model from cardboard box without technical drawings 😄. My mom built me later for 9th birthday academy 1:600 model. When I was 12, built revell 1:700 Olympic and two years later 1:700 Titanic. That was my dream to have 2 of them in same scale. But now when I play whole movie back, I know how it all started. My grandpa went to buy newspaper and bought me the legend of the Titanic cartoon for kids and that was the way I fell in love with that ship. And that story lives for mor than 10 years, now I'm 20 😄.

I've always had a deep passion for the Titanic but I think it's because I grew up in the next street to where the anchor was made. We had a re-enactment on the 100 year anniversary to show how the anchor was carried through Netherton by shire horses, on the exact route. A lot of the dinner wear was made in England and we now have a permanent replica of the anchor in our town

My ex-wife and I, had an experience at the Titanic exhibit in Cleveland back in 2003/2004. We didn't say much about it to any family or friends, because they wouldn't believe it anyway. But a couple years later, an episode of Ghost Hunters at the Titanic exhibit down in Atlanta, backed up our claims when they stated many people experienced the same as we did. It had to do with seeing & talking with a man with Irish-red hair, dressed in period clothing allegedly a crew member. I wish I could reach this family. I always knew even before the movie came out that I died on a ship. I would have recurring nightmares and my mother would have to hold me down in the bath because I was so afraid of water. I had a past life regression where I spoke about being Thomas Henry. In full detail never hearing this name before. Turns out everything I said was real. There you go. Thomas Henry age 5. Class C. Died along with family on Titanic.
