The Ghost of a Tall Faceless Man is in My House

Joel, host of Podcast The Drunken Ramblings, shares with us stories from the house he is living in. He has since adapted to living with the presence of a ghost in his house because, according to Joel, "it hasn't done anything to harm my family". This Tall Faceless Man would appear to him and everyone else in his family except his father.
We managed to interview the helper who also corroborated Joel's confession. What' weird was that the photographs we took at Joel's place came out blank.

Interesting one. He tells it well. I like the fact that May could tell her story too. That's called shadowman. Entities are evoving i guess in respond to what society finds spooky..after all there are deceivers.

It's interesting that different ethnic groups see different entities. Take for example, the malays will almost certainly see pocongs and pontianaks. Chinese see chinese ghosts. Thai see thai ghosts. Caucasians see caucasian ghosts. Very seldom will we hear these ethic groups encountering pocongs and pontianaks like the malays do. In the case of the guy in this video, his family members, friends and maid all saw a black figure with no face. It is an entity with no clear genre. I wonder if shape-shifting is a function of entities to manifest themselves into whatever forms that resonate with the person's belief.

Yes Johnny, I believe in that too. I feel that these entities are formless and take on an image representation in our mind based on what our fear triggers are. Our mind has to make sense of this fear by overlaying an image of what is considered identifiable in our culture.

Johnny Lim, i can share with you on the islamic perspective on this creation. I myself is affected by this and i can share with you on what i have learned about it. Basically these things or entity is a different creation. They are not the dead souls etc. They are made from the smokeless fire. In the quran, humans are made from clay. This explain the various skin colors in us. The angels are made from pure light. These jinns, so called satan or ibless or his type they have family like us. They have childrens and they also have religions like us. Some are muslim jinns, some are christians etc. My experience so far is sometime they are attracted to humans and they are extremely stubborn. My personal experience is when i listen to certain quranic verses and you can litterally feel the thing crawling in your body and your body shivering. Some of these are the holy verses from the quran and verses are of hell and punishement etc. When such verses are recited over it, it burns them. If you want to take the challenge i can share with you some audio clips and see if you are affected by it.

It's not shape-shifting but more like following the norm of the culture/ environment (if you were born in the farming community, chances are you would dress like a farmer not as a person with suit and ties). Even though some have the ability to shape-shift but that's only for those with higher energy (mostly intentional). Some feed of scattered energy that we produce through our emotions mostly fear/anger/sad (if you stir water, some will spill). We tend to demonize things that we don't know, generalizing the unknown as all evil is like racism (many religion do that). In the end it will cause more harm than good. Formless conscious beings have reasons to exist (it's not ours to judge) and it's part of the processes. Simple logic, higher vibrations will stick together with other higher beings, like wise lower with lower too. How do you raise your vibration? through selfless universal love as a prayer or even just as intentions (non discriminating love), vagrant flower/wood oil such as rose/lavender/cendana like in aroma therapy will raise human vibration. Crystals also.

Put a small praying table with incense pot on the spot. Buy 1 kg sandal powder (store in box) & 1 box (240 sandal coils). Night time scoop sandal powder round & light the powder to burn by itself round clock wise. The spirit won't have to go toile for gross food (toilet smell).

Scary cos the area where he lived is near to where I stay. A little history of Tiong Bahru, it used to be a cemetery. I've lived in that area my entire life and there are occasions where urns and coffins were dug up during construction. Based on the background of the video, the place where he lived could be where a series of old flats being torn down and reconstructed. The description of the entity sounds like an old school entity were how people used to live in the past.

Talking about tall black shadow, u have experience seeing in a suddenly a shadow in e dark corner of a park connector, making me fall a bit sick after remembering that experience, that is the real deal becos at that time I was down..so there evil is feeding on my sobberness when I was alone at that time, it's just appear out from nowhere..but nothing now when I was again at at that spot, and at this moment that lane is the route I need to take if I want to cut across to my work place at the other end.

This good looking guys is a very good story teller. Very clear and detailed. But it's weird why it doesn't disturb the guy and his father... Only the maid... And how come it just disappeared like that....seems like the ghost just decided to stay there for a while then move on to other place.... But still scary as hell, it made sure his presence is noticed.. The hell with ghost place the kibble neatly... What kind of ghost is that.. An OCD ghost with humour... Shit man... I have experienced what the maid had before. I was sleeping with my brother in master bedroom as my parents were overseas... I was trying to close my eyes when I head like the toilet door opened..and I can hear footsteps coming to me.. I was about 8 yo. I innocently thought my parents were back.. I opened my eyes expecting them to be in the room but there was nothing... Its just dark....

Likely the guy and his dad don't have the so-called third eye, so they can't see or sense the spirit in the house. As for the kibble incident, it seems to me like the ghost was trying to coax the dog to come out from under the table and eat the food, hence the trail of food leading from under the table to the dog dish. But because the dog could see the ghost, it was scared, so it didn't want to eat the food as long as the ghost was there.

If the things said keep coming for him . Clear up all dish ASAP. Put cactus in your house. Spread salt at the window area n balcony . Get lime juice mix with salt spray all corner in d house as well as the toilette. Those things prefer nesting in the toilette .

Either the ghost may have an attraction to Joel, or that it may have an attraction to the females of the house instead? Most of the hauntings occurred to the maid, and his poly friend. Since Joel mentioned he has a sister, there appears to be not much hauntings from her, save the Mahjong incident. All in all, I believe the ghost is not so harmful, although the Koko incident was UNFORGIVABLE. I'm glad the hauntings have lessened or stopped as of late. But as a fellow human, I cannot help but question the very nature to what may have triggered the entity to behave in such a way. Was it attracted to someone in the house? And who could it be? Joel or the housekeeper?

I know and believe that entities can fall deeply in love with a human. Since Joel said that he didn't have much "terrifying" encounters unlike his maid and friends (save the dog and the kibble story), I can agree that perhaps the ghost may have some kind of attraction to Joel. Let's all admit that he is one good-looking fella, and I'm pretty sure the entity thinks the same too. Perhaps the reason why the entity behaves a certain way in Joel's absence may be because they feel jealous? Like before Joel leaves his house, he did pamper Koko with some kibble. Given how Koko is very attached to Joel, this may have arose some jealousy in the entity which causes the supernatural incident. And as for the May and his poly friend, they're both unrelated to Joel, but the entity sees them as women, which may have aroused a similar form of jealousy with the entity as well. I believe entities are as intelligent as us humans. They do have humanly emotions like us too. So, imagine having a crush on a dude for so long, and then suddenly he's being surrounded by other females and your crush gives them the attention, but not you because you're simply a "ghost". It kinda hurts, and I'm pretty sure the way the entity marks their territory is by doing these hauntings upon May, his poly friends and even the dog to tell them like: "Hey, this dude is mine, back off!"

Maid had already seen the tall faceless man (upon interview) but only told him years after the fact - and first thing she tells him is there are wet footsteps moving around her head. Wouldn't the first thing to tell him be the figure itself that she always saw lurking around? A lot of holes in their stories.

@@ellottelim360 I think you're trying to find holes when there is none. if you watch the video again, he says that the helper told him after a few consecutive nights of this happening. Wouldn't this also be the first thing you tell if its currently happening? and the fact that she only said something after so many nights of it happening, we can believe that she is trying her best to ignore or suppress until she cannot tahan anymore. No where did he say that she saw the tall faceless man before this incident. The only sense of timeline we have is that she has been with the family for 12 years and the wet feet incident happened 3-4 years into her employment. The helper's interview only gives an account of what has happened in that 12 years but not when they happened. i'm not sure how you managed to deduce the information to come to your assumption at all. And let's not forget that this is a recount of the incident and obviously he would only tell us what is relevant to the story and not what was said exactly word for word that night. i.e., we don;t know if she did tell him if she had seen anything else prior to the wet feet incident, it would be irresponsible and unfair to assume anything and make judgements.

@@roykwok22 i can only deduce from what the helper has testified here, certainly if the first thing that came to her mind was the wet feet incident if it was so traumatic, that would have been the first thing she said when her segment of the interview came on. Instead she went back to saying she had been seeing a tall figure all along. A tall faceless figure she'd constantly seen over the years is much worse and would warrant an immediate telling to her employer- you claim i assume this may not have happened before the wet feet incident but nothing tells us it happened after either. Your assumptions are therefore as good as my assumptions. And it is reasonable to poke holes because this is not science - and you're expecting viewers to believe something represented as "true confessions" that can neither be independently verified or tested, of course a sceptic would go through presented accounts with a fine-toothed comb. There is nothing unfair to assume or make judgments if we only have the strength of this one video since there is no other context or corroborative witness to back any of these two persons' accounts up. Not believing wholesale or asking questions does not make it "irresponsible or unfair". Not being critical and believing a stranger's account wholesale, on the other hand, isn't the smartest thing to do.

ellotte lim oh you don’t have to convince me that we need to critic everything detail to determine the authenticity about the evidence. I’ll be the first to do it without anyone prompting. That, I totally agree with you. But when you say this is not science, I will have to disagree with you - it would be prudent to apply the scientific process here too. You see, in science we do the same thing - gather evidence, critic and come to conclusions only if we have enough evidence to support our hypothesis AND we can prove the opposite hypothesis is not true. I would know cos it’s my bread and butter. But the process to do so has to be guided by facts, logic and must be step wise, you cannot interpret anyway you want and include assumptions from nowhere to come to a quick conclusion as you have done. You see, as I tried to explain the helper’s interview is not a chronological recounting of the incidents. Nor was the question asked about “what is the most significant thing you witnessed in order of how traumatic”. She listed the things she saw over a 12 year period - doesn’t mean she ordered them. There’s so many factors we need to consider here, including how often she see the tall man (perhaps she sees him too many times) and how often the wet feet incident happened (maybe only that one 4-day incident) or how many other incidents that left an impact on her that we don’t know about. And don’t forget she’s recounting in English, not her most fluent language. And she’s doing an impromptu interview with questions she didn’t prepare for (I doubt most people fare well and can produce well thought answers on the spot). And don’t forget this video is edited to keep to time, it may have even been edited to make the story flow so what she said may not be portrayed to us as how she really said it. What I’m saying is there’s so many other factors to consider which you probably didn’t think of before you made the jump right to the end that “this must be faked”. While we cannot confirm the story is real, we cannot confirm the story is faked either, at best we can only conclude that we need more information. And it’s a very common thing we do in science too, that “we only know this much but more needs to be known before we can conclude”. Knowing this, trying to make that leap to conclusion you did would indeed be irresponsible and unfair to the process of determining the authenticity of the story. Especially when the basis of your critic does not follow logical flow. edit to add: By the way, - "Instead she went back to saying she had been seeing a tall figure all along." she never said or did this. she was just listing what she has experience. maybe you misconstrue it as something else. - "A tall faceless figure she'd constantly seen over the years is much worse and would warrant an immediate telling to her employer" - this is another assumption that she has always been seeing the black figure. like i said we dont know enough to conclude this but I dont know how you listen to the story until can assume this.
