They did make a 6” inch Mothra, but for reason they’re withholding from US stores for the time being, at least separately on its own. You can find it in the 5-pack that’s hitting Target stores right now, if you don’t mind spending $45 for cheap (and really oily?…) repaints of the other four main titans.

Hey Damn I'm still looking for Energized Godzilla & Timate for myself. I got Energized Godzilla & Timate for my brother , two of birthday gifts back at the end of July & haven't seen them since then with my local Walmart's & Targets. Also me & my brother are looking for giant mothara to. Lastly yes they make a 6inch mothara , one by itself & other one in the 5 piece battle pack 😁 ✔️

as non-Mothra fan, the Mothra in KotM is my favorite iteration and I welled up as Bear's Mothra theme play during her "coming out". I hate the changes in new empire, KotM is still the only good and best film in the monsterverse.
