I am so sad that TYT cancelled the show. Nerd Alert was among the first channels I subscribed to on KZbin. Kim is a great host (and my favorite female host within the network) with a great sense for topics and guests. With the guest picks, she introduced me to many people I didn't know before. I also really enjoyed her humor and wits. Nerd Alert was my favorite show on the network, followed by What the Flick, which has also been cancelled. As much as I like the progressive Main Show focussing on politics, NA and WTF were restorative oases amidst the daily madness that is US politics. I will dearly miss these two shows, and I hope that Kim will find another platform were she can live out her dream and her choice of nerd-related topics as a host, writer and producer.

Evil Bastard I hear what you're saying man, but I dont like seeing anyone loose their job. This channel has been goin down for awhile, I dont think you can directly blame left politics for the Death of NerdAlert, but it is definitely Correlated via TYT. Sorta like how drinking too much milk is correlated with weak bones but isn't exactly the causality

Ugh TYT, you make your videos unbearable with your book end ads. I get the Nord VPN ad, it’s actually relevant to the channel & as long as it’s kept short(as this one was) it’s fine. But if you have the paid ad in the beginning don’t end the fucking video with 30 seconds of shameless self promotion. It’s either one or the other, gotta pick one. I’ve been avoiding Nerd Alert videos cuz they all seem to have theses book end ads. Do better TYT.
