COMMENT: Was Mary Harriman Rumsey's tragic end ultimately the price of “playing both sides,” so to speak - the traditional aristocracy she was born into and the progressive future she fought to create?

I think it was just an accident.

Most if not all Progressive Elitists have Rules for Thee, Not for Me attitudes. They have been around and replicating for 1000's of years. However it looks like their days are numbered and many will probably meet similar fates, like that poor United Healthcare bloke. Balconies, bath tubs and Pneumonia seem to be this centuries "riding accidents". Lots of them are going to GITMO and some may get the Julius and Ethel Rosenberg package. Get your popcorn at the ready. 2025 is going to be CRAZY!! 🎉🎉🎉❤

Never heard of her before, knowing she was a free reformed of a spirit helping the less fortunate.

I love this series about the lives of these remarkable women unwilling to conform to society's standards and forge a path all their own. I loved her determination to be a wife and mother and pursue her dreams of making change.
