A complete refusal to allow abortion in all circumstance is actually a denial of healthcare to a specific population. Just adding that into the conversation about oppression.

Definitely perimenopause which can start in our 30s will have your emos all the way jacked up. And yes you can still have monthly cycles and be perimenopausal. It's a gradual decline in hormones over years. I had to get on HRT even tho the first response was antidepressants by my PCP. I feel so much better. Don't downplay your situ. Quality of life is important for all our lives. I would mention it to my gyn.

I believe pre trial services, affordable or subsidized, are a necessary check. It's especially key for those people who don't have money. They assess the charges, prior history, flight risk, current status, they drug test you, maintian contact, etc. And as long as you do what you're supposed to do and show up when you're supposed to, you can live your life while the legal teams get ready for your case. Cities/counties/etc complain about price, but jailing people is quite costly, despite the conditions. This can save costs in addition to serving as a fairness check without completely cutting people loose.

Things become clearer, you know who you are and what you will not entertain any more....cause you don't have to. Vegan food is supposed to taste good! Like any other food. Replace meet with mushrooms or tofu, replace butter with coconut oil, avocado oil or olive oil. Just don’t use cheese. Vegan cheese s for professionals. But if you must, violife is the best, or replace cheese with cashew sauce and nutritional yeast. Season everything the way you normally would. Done!
