Apparently there are thousands of these old vehicles still in use. At first glance they appear to be a larger version of the rice tractors still seen in use in paddies. These seem to move along quite well in high gear. There is no drive line to the trailer wheels as is seen on heavier trailers now. It is odd having a seat on the trailer and the steering on the tractor, and at the point of pivot.
