I can't get enough of this drama. The story does a great job of building and laying out stepping stones to follow. Honestly every question you could possibly ask will be answered. I cannot wait for y'alls to see this story unfold. The romance is a nice break from all the tension.

The Chairman she is blackmailing is the one in charge of the school she wants to work at. She's using the paper she taped together as proof that the Chairman is in a relationship with his Chauffeur and is planning to leave all his money to his lover and not his kids. This is just a small plan in her grand plans of revenge. 😂

15:32 One thing people often misunderstand is that Dong-Eun hasn’t been going through Yeon-Jin’s trash. She had been driving all the way to Sem-yeong all this time to steal a school chairman’s trash bags. You saw her piece together a letter from the paper scraps she found in his trash. Why him, you may ask? Yeon-Jin’s daughter goes there, and Dong-Eun would’ve predicated way ahead of time that she’d send her child here since it’s prestigious school owned by one of Yeon-Jin’s or her husband’s close relative (forgot which one). Sure hard work and a good track record would’ve gotten her there but the easiest way would be to find something interesting in his trash that she may use to her advantage and expedite the whole process. Edit: Commenting this knowing that you’ve already watched 4+ episodes of the series already, so I technically didn’t spoil anything, hehe.

If you two want serious meet-cute and cutesy romance, you should watch "Crash Landing on You" and "Twinkling Watermelon". Going back to The Glory, Ye-Sol, the daughter, plays Woo Young Woo as a child in EAW. Sa-ra, the druggie, plays the North Korean mother in EAW.

Reason why some of these kdramas specially on netflix is confusing is because subtitles are terrible. Most of the time they lack the emotion the dialogue conveys and there are many instances it's flat out wrong.

guys pls use the regular "English" subs rather than the "English CC" subs 😭 the CC subs are going off of the dub, so a lot of the translations are WILDLY inaccurate and you lose the nuance of whatever scene that it
