what lvl can you put on the gnomish death ray ?

It requires to be 240 skill I'm Gnomish Engineering. So just at lvl 35 you can train past 225 proff skills and snag it then. Gl my man!

Its a big deal in the 39 twink bracket. No matter the class its useful. Hunters can scanter trap you into, rogues do it inside of gouge, warriors inside of intercept stun, ect. If you gonna 39 twink plan on getting it.
