All you need to do is use common sense. God made that promise yet all of Abraham's physical seed didn't get what was promised. The people that live there now live with hundreds of thousands of missiles pointed at them, what a promise. For thousands of years the land was completely desolate. But God promised to Abraham and his seed would have the land. Obviously then it's not the physical seed. All of the promises will be fulfilled in the kingdom when the entire land will be given. Yeshua is the seed of Abraham so don't know what you're talking about there.

Also, during the timeof Yeshua, jerusalem was not under the leadership of descendants ofJacob but of Esau and other nations that converted to a religion having not real relationship. Paul's missions was to teach the redemption of Most High through Yeshua. With respect to the Covenant, the Covenant was a renew Covenants. So, the Most High will gather His People that he scattered aboard. Even in what we call the old testaments, there were those who obeyed the Most High Creator and was accounted to them as a native son. For the Most High is seeking those who will serve him in SPIRIT AND TRUTH. I believed the Most High is awaking HIS PEOPLE THAT HE has scattered into Africa, Asia and the Island of the SEA. Studying historic records outside the TORAH provides great event of this.

You see many nations/people throughout recorded history aerving other Gods. In fact the etmyology of the word god can be questionable. Jeremiah 31:31 and matrhew 15:24 isaiah 53, 45, 49 all point to john 3:16 a people that Yeshua was sent to. Yes, yeshua is a light to the nations. However, he was also a desendant of the tribe of ephraim and judah based on the book of samuel. Paul hint to the fact those who willing to following Yeshua teaching are loved by the father/Most High and as the old testament considered to be as a native born in the Most High sight. with respect to my comment about other people who desecendant of jacob, that should not suprise you since jacob had 12 sons. It's true G-d gave the land to the children of Israel, but in order for us to keep the inheritance of G-d's gift, we must obey all of His commandments and keep the mitzvot, plus we must do it for only one reason. I love that! Jews call the LORD “Hashem”, which means “The Name.” The LORD (the “I Will Be What I Will Be”) chose to Be the temporary form of a man for a few decades; to be our promised prophesied Redeemer. His Name for those few decades was Lord Jesus (Yeshua). “The Name” that is above every name, is Jesus (Yeshua). Jesus IS Lord. ONE. Before He was ever known as “LORD” (to Moses in Ex 3), He was only known to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as “El Shaddai” (God Almighty)…NOT “LORD”. Exodus 6:2,3 says: “God said to Moses, ‘I Am the LORD. I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as El Shaddai (God Almighty), but by My name, the LORD, I did NOT make Myself known to them.” If God wants to give himself a new name at any point in history, He can! Just because He wants to be called by a new name at different times in History, doesn’t mean He’s not the same God. El Shaddai, LORD, Yeshua (Jesus)…they’re all the same God. He may choose to change His Name throughout history, but He is still the same ONE God He has always been. ☝🏽

It is a yet future event from that moment as the God of Israel covenants with Abram, but, He uses the past tense - it is a done deal - completed action - I HAVE GIVEN. Christians all over the world recognize that God gave the land of Israel to the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Israel). Not the present boundaries, but the original boundaries, which includes half of Jordan, and the Sinai peninsula.
