I have a theory the crown made of straws , straw hat represent the one who rules the sea ,. Joy boy is the original owner who wanted to unite every living creature , straw hat which made from gathering individual straws is the best representation of unity, that gaint straw hat is the original crown ,. After joy boy rocks became the ruler of the sea so he weard a straw hat ( in new chapter ) , after Roger defeated Rocks he became the next ruler , and after his death he gave it to shanks to pass it to next person who will rule the sea completely. Shanks even though he was stronger he didn't kept it for himself because he only could achieve yonko position and there are 3 more in same lvl. Remember when it's said sea is ruled by 3 major powers navy , yonkos 7 warlord so no one is above everyone , it's Luffys turn now to rule the sea. That's is the will of D ( shanks is not a D member)

Bro I have few questions ( not related to video ) About beginning of the one piece 1: What was mihawk doing in East Blue, as we all know he isn't the type of guy who'll waste his time on some weakling like Don Krieg 2: Buggy was the member of Roger Pirates, then since when and why he settled in East Blue 3: Buggy is a Pirate since his childhood, he has more fighting experience than Luffy well atleast at the beginning then how can he be lost to a 17 year old boy 4: Another important question is when Luffy got his first bounty we see that Mihawk went to Shanks and show him Luffy's bounty Why did Mihawk went to Shanks and where was he at that time, in East Blue or somewhere else and don't tell me Mihawk went to Shanks just for Luffy's bounty
