I agree with the principle of this - That we hear God personally within a corporate context, i.e. what God is saying to the church determines the context in which we hear on a personal level. Therefore what we hear on a personal level must not be in contradiction to what God is saying on a corporate level. That woould be why Jesus said, therefore " Be careful HOW you hear (internal posture and positioning ) because those who have (heard correctly) will be given more, but he who thinks the has wven what he has will be taken away (incorrect hearing and stewardship).
