I know this will sound crazy but it's true, when I was young I loved this game so much that I played it from 8 am to 8 pm and everyday I'd start it from the beginning and wouldn't get bored at all, I had to start from the beginning everyday because I didn't have a memory card until I finished it. I spent like a whole summer playing it.

@Austin King well yeah. Its one of my favorite movies. Both 1 and 2. But the smart moves made by Vito and Michael were reminiscing what happened at the time in 40's 50's New York. Apart from the whole 4 bosses being killed. Plus Queens, Staten Island and Harlem not being connected to some family or other. The comission meeting was well done though

Look, I absolutely love the "Mafia" video game series. It has some of the best written crime stories in the industry. But this is still one of the few games out there that feels like an actual mob simulator.

You basically only need Driller ( modified Tommy with a 70 round clip ) Street sweeper ( shotgun that kicks ass ! ) It's pricey.. I know..... but it wipes out everything in your pad

I remembered when I played this on the PS2. Right as I plant the bomb and run out of the compound, a random gangster would shoot me in the face with a shotgun and kill me instantly. Good times 😂

I remember when I played this game in the early 2010's I once armed a bomb in the basement of the corleone compound and I once armed a bomb in the Falconite nightclub after the character was formally inducted into the corleone family by don vito corleone. Just to see what would happen.

The second one had poor sales because it wasn't all that great. The game was Scaled down. Ea screwed the pooch with that. Extortions weren't all that much fun. Gamers had to hire Npcs to do everything Aldo trapani done on his own. Bribing people not to rat you out instead of intimidation. The Godfather part 2 just like the movie failed to hit it's stride. If the game had a part 3 . Michael corleone would have lost everything and everyone in his life just like the movie. He would have died sad, lonely and full of regret as an Old man in Sicily.

The third game oughta be when you play as a new guy working for the different families, and than work for the corleones at the end. Dominic becomes the antagonist of the game manipulating all the gangs in secret. Before than, Dominic and someone else wasps a mission for the corleones to assassinate someone in one of the families And ends up believed to be dead. The new protagonist and Dominic, (who was left for death but was in prison for a while), meet between the death of Michaels daughter and his death of old age. Al Pacino should voice him this time since he is about the right age to voice his character around that age.

Barzini Compound at Midtown looks like same as Woltz Compound. But, between all enemies Compound it's Very Beautiful and feel charming it's Stracci Compound. They've Basement to keep all of wine, and have a Billiard Game. And have a Great Park Lot.
